How quickly can you arrange delivery?

When we receive a request, we immediately start working on it and respond within 2 hours. Our company has a number of established and regular routes from Shanghai/Changshu/Qingdao to Vladivostok/Nakhodka. There are regular sea services for these routes. Once the price and conditions for transportation are agreed upon, the cargo is promptly accepted for processing and immediately allocated to the nearest sailing.

How can I track the status of my cargo?

The status of the cargo is tracked based on daily updates sent to the customer’s email address.

What are your terms for working with international shipments?

For non-hazardous cargo, the conditions are standard: Request — Application — Transportation — Invoice/Waybill. For hazardous cargo, terms are discussed separately.

What documents are required for shipping cargo?

Packing list (dimensions and weight of the cargo), destination.

How do you guarantee the safety of my cargo?

At the client’s request, we insure the cargo during transportation. The rate starts from 0.02% based on the value of the cargo and its characteristics.

What are your terms for returns or compensation in case of cargo damage?

In the event of cargo damage, a general form report is prepared, and disputed issues are resolved in 99% of cases out of court.
