We offer routes to China (ports of Bayuchan, Qingdao, Shanghai, Rizhao, Changshu, Tianjin) and Korea (ports of Ulsan, Busan, Masan).
Delivery times are 5−6 days for China and 2−3 days for Korea.
We can carry out delivery either under our own contract (acting as the importer) or under the contract and digital signature of the Customer. We also provide customs clearance services using the digital signature of the customs broker.
We transport containers (20ft, 40ft, FT, OT), general cargo (bulk, loose), oversized, and project cargo.
We guarantee secure cargo fastening, insurance, and constant monitoring of loading and unloading operations at both the port of departure and the port of arrival. Additionally, surveyor control is conducted.
We provide the option to track the cargo through regular email updates to the Customer.
To send cargo, the following are required: a packing list (indicating dimensions and weight), cargo information (transportation regulations), a contract, a shipping request, and contact details of the sender for communication with one of our agents.
In the event of cargo damage, a general form report is prepared. Disputed issues are resolved in 99% of cases out of court.
